Hapnotomy is a safe type of touch used during pregnancy to reduce a woman's fear of childbirth, strengthening maternal-paternal attachment. In addition, although there have been some studies in which cognitive behavioral techniques have been investigated in pregnancy, there have been few studies that have investigated its effect in pregnancy, especially using virtual reality (VR). This project has been contributed to the literature by completing the points that are seen as missing in the literature. Virtual reality application was prepared by the researcher with images of the baby in the womb with the help of portable ultrasound device.

MOBILE AND WEB-BASED SOFTWARE AUTOMATION IN CLINICAL TEACHING (KOSGEB RESEARCH&DEVELOPMENT INNOVATION)
Midwife students spend most of their time in clinical settings filling out forms, photocopying and transporting them in paper. Each student fills out 5000 paper forms until graduation. Therefore, it cannot focus on patient care. There are certain criteria for completing midwife undergraduate education all over the world, including Turkey. These criteria are determined by YÖK in Turkey. In order for the students to graduate, they must submit these forms to the heads of the midwife department. Department heads have to check these forms and keep them for at least 2 years after the student graduates. This situation is exhausting and time-taking procedures for students, clinical teachers and related academic staff.
With the mobile and web software program developed, the graduation criteria of the students are recorded and clinical teachers and academicians can spend more time on patient care.

A DESIGN-BASED STUDY OF THE BIRTH WEIGHT AND SATISFACTION EFFECT OF TRAVAYDA VIRTUAL REALITY APPLICATIONS IN PRIMIS (MALATYA INONU UNIVERSITY TDK-2020-2165)
In recent years, the use of "virtual reality" glasses to reduce pain in the first stage of childbirth has been. Virtual reality is technology that a person in a virtual environment thinks is in the real world. Recent studies have described the use of virtual reality as a distraction during clinical trials, especially by showing videos to reduce pain. However, a study in which games developed with virtual reality goggles were played in order to apply non-pharmacological methods used to reduce pain perception was not found in the literature.
The aim of this study is to make non-pharmacological techniques (breathing exercise, squat, shaking movement, relaxation exercises) to reduce pain at the time of birth with a game-based virtual reality application, thereby minimizing the pain felt by the woman at the time of birth and increasing her satisfaction during the end of childbirth. In this respect, the project was the first study in the literature.

EFFECT OF GASTROCNEMUS MUSCLE SPASTICS ON WALKING SYSTEM AND BODY CONTROL IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC STROKE (MALATYA INONU UNIVERSITY TYL-2019-1942)
In order to determine the effect of gastrocnemius muscle spasticity on walking symmetry and body control in chronic stroke patients, AI-based decision support system software was developed using Kinect V2 camera to evaluate walking symmetry. This software was developed in matlab environment and defines joint positions by processing depth images.
In the developed software, the joint position determined for a pixel in depth images is first determined and the accuracy level is calculated for each pixel. Descriptive coefficient (R2) and Average Error Square Root (RMSE), which can be counted among the key performance indicators used in performance evaluations of Artificial Neural Networks and machine learning methods, were calculated. R2= 0.9870 and RMSE= 6.8972 were found. These values are within the acceptable range for modeling criteria.

Nursing department students are required to do internships in clinical settings. When the patient arrives, the patient should start the treatment to understand the order of the steps he should take before starting the treatment and if he has done those procedures correctly.
A mobile application and a web page was developed where students would be subjected to a 4-stage exam and completed the exam by exceeding the dam score and reporting to the administrator.

SOFTWARE-BASED DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR THE DIAGNOSIS AND DIAGNOSIS OF ATTENTION DEFICIT AND HYPERACTIVITY DISORDER (KOSGEB RESEARCH&DEVELOPMENT INNOVATION)
Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) assessment includes interviewing the child and family, learning the child's developmental and medical history, obtaining information from the teacher and, where necessary, conducting examinations or tests. It has been determined that the tests applied in the literature are of high validity and reliability. The most commonly used neuropsychological tests are Performance Test (CPT-II), Wisconsin Cart-Sorting test and STROOP test. These tests can be applied to clients as a result of purchasing from foreign countries. And tests are quite costly. Therefore, domestic and national software was carried out to reduce the dependence on the outside.
In the project, an AI-based decision support system was created by playing games with children to measure the symptoms of attention deficit and hyperactivity-impulsivity. These games consist of sections with visual, auditory or both visual and auditory diversions.

In such a case, the nurse candidate has procedures to perform beforehand. After pre-procedures, it is mandatory to start the application on the patient.
In this study, the application that should be done in the hospital emergency environment was applied in the emergency department in a virtual environment.
